Last morning at Camp MOM and we decided to take it easy and make a simple hovercraft from our Supercharged Science subscription. Ben easily put this together from an old CD, a balloon, a sports bottle cap and a paper cup.

The simple hovercraft was a fun project intro to a more elaborate one we'll try as soon as we collect all the right fans and motors!

Cool. :) Do your boys enjoy Supercharged Science? We are looking for a good one right now...
They have liked what we have done so far. It is pretty nice because there are a number of videos to watch with good explanations, plus written material they can read if they want more information. And my kids are all about doing experiments. She provides plenty, and usually using basic materials. We're doing a trial right now, but the subscription is $27.00 per month (and I think it's going up in August) so I'm not sure about how it will work long-term for us. Another nice thing about this program though, is that the kids would be able to do all of the experiments on their own if they wanted to, freeing up some of my time. I'm pretty sure she is still running the 1 month free trial if you sign up for it now. You could check it out and then cancel if you didn't want to continue.
